Utility Bill Payment

If you have set up a User Profile, click on the Water Bill Payment Link below. In order to create a User Profile, you will need your utility bill account number, your name as it appears on your bill (in all caps), and an email address. After your user profile has been established, you will receive a link in your email to confirm your enrollment. You will then be able to make a payment with a credit card only (no debit cards accepted), view account history, or just view your bill. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department at (630) 257-1550. For billing questions, please contact Utility Billing at (630) 257-6277. Payments cannot be made over the phone, only through our website.

Miscellaneous Bills

These are charges for services that the Village has provided at a level above and beyond the standard practice (police services, false alarms, weed cutting, etc).  If you wish to pay a miscellaneous bill online, you must first create an online account. Listed below is a set of instructions designed to help residents with this process.
