This June, the Village of Lemont will celebrate a noteworthy milestone – the 150th anniversary of its incorporaton! In commemoration of our incorporation, we will be celebrating all year long with sharing of our history, activities and events.This yearlong celebration will be promoted by the Village of Lemont and in partnership with many civic and community organizations, such as the Heritage Corridor Business Alliance, Lemont Park District, Lemont Public Library, Lemont Township, Lemont Area Historical Society, and Lemont Junior Woman’s Club among others, as well as through the generous help of numerous sponsors and local businesses.
