• 2024 MFT Resurfacing Program -
  • Grinding/Milling will take place on Hillview Drive and Logan Street on 10/14/24-10/15/24.
  • Grinding/Milling the Talcott Square and Talcott Square South parking lots will take place on 10/16/24.
  • Talcott Square and Talcott Square South parking lot paving will take place on 10/17/24.
  • Paving Hillview Drive and Logan Street will take place on 10/18/24-10/19/24.
  • Pavement striping will follow, date TBD.
• 2024 Tree Replacement - bid opening 9/13/24.
• Derby Road Bridge Repairs - bid opening 9/13/24.
• Copper Ridge & Township Trail Connection - bid opening 9/13/24
• 2024 sidewalk replacement project complete
• Stephen Street Retaining Wall - project waiting for Railroad and Nicor to proceed.
• Holmes Street Bridge and ADA Ramp - project complete except for stonework.

2024 Water Main Replacement Project

• 2024 Army Corps Water Main Replacement - Walter Street from Weimer Avenue to Peiffer Avenue, Peiffer Avenue from Walter Street to Warner Avenue, and Glenys Drive from Hillview Drive to Alpine Lane (depending on bid amount and Army Corps budget) - start date T.B.D.
• 2024 Sewer Lining - project to be completed by 9/6/24.
• 1.5 M.G. Elevated Storage Tank, Site Work & Storm Drains, Access Road & Storage Yard Paving construction have been completed.
