Downtown Permit Parking Registration
The Village of Lemont has a program for the Village Parking Garage on River Street that allows resident vehicles displaying a Village-issued hang tag to be exempt from the overnight garage parking restrictions. Hang tags must be properly displayed hanging from the rear-view mirror in the vehicle's interior. Only residents in the Downtown District are eligible to purchase the hang tags. For 2024, the Downtown Permit Parking Registration is $380.
IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE FRONT STREET LOFTS, THIS HANG TAG WOULD BE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES. Your primary vehicle should be parked in the HOA-assigned parking stall.
