Utility Bill Payment

If you have set up a User Profile, click on the Pay Your Water Bill Payment link above.

In order to create a User Profile, you will need your utility bill account number, your name as it appears on your bill (in all caps), and an email address.

After your user profile has been established, you will receive a link in your email to confirm your enrollment. You will then be able to make a payment, view account history, or just view your bill.

Enhanced Online Payments  -  NOW AVAILABLE!

The Village previously accepted one-time credit card payments or automatic bank draft payments for utility bills.  The online payment portal now allows residents to schedule their payments in advance or make reoccurring payments with credit cards.  In addition, the online payment portal allows residents the ability to manage one-time or reoccurring eCheck payments, which are similar to bank draft.

Auto Pay

Enroll, manage and cancel automatic payment online at the utility billing portal. Your monthly utility billing amount will automatically deduct from your automatic payment of choice on the payment due date.  Auto Pay may take up to one bill cycle to take effect.  To confirm if Autopay is in effect, your bill will indicate, "Auto Paid" or "Balance Due will be automatically Paid by Card/eCheck on file."

There are two options for automatic payment:

  • Debit/Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa)
  • eCheck (ABN/RTN number and Account number)

Grandfathered AutoPay customers who enrolled in bank draft autopay with an "Authorized Agreement for AutoPay" will continue to have AutoPay with the bank draft autopay system.  Bank Draft AutoPay customer will not have access to enter new automatic payment information on the portal. 

Grandfathered AutoPay customers will need to cancel their bank draft automatic payment method before switching to the new systems.

Downtown Parking Permit Registration

Overnight parking in the Village Parking Garage. Only residents living in the Downtown District are eligible. IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE FRONT STREET LOFTS, THIS HANG TAG WOULD BE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES. Your primary vehicle should be parked in the HOA-assigned parking stall.

Miscellaneous Bills

These are charges for services that the Village has provided at a level above and beyond the standard practice (police services, false alarms, weed cutting, etc). If you wish to pay a miscellaneous bill online, you must first create an online account. Listed below is a set of instructions designed to help residents with this process.
