What type of information and assistance is available to help you navigate the path of aging?  Attendees will learn about comprehensive and coordinated services in place to assist older adults, soon to be older adults and caregivers, allowing them to live out their best lives while remaining as independent as possible. We will dispel myths about social services and review programs and qualifications.  Ample time provided for Q & A.
