• Ages 10 and older
• FREE Flu shot with Medicare and FREE with most insurances!
• Other vaccines offered:  Pneumonia, Shingles, Tetanus, Meningitis
• Register at Osco Pharmacy in Lemont to pick up a consent form and reserve a dose for you and your family.

Registration is strongly recommended so they have enough vaccine, as it will be in high demand this season.
