Enroll, manage and cancel automatic payments online at the utility billing portal. Your monthly utility billing amount will automatically deduct from your payment of choice on the payment due date. Auto Pay may take up to one billing cycle to take effect. To confirm if Autopay is in effect, your bill will indicate, "Auto Paid" or "Balance Due will be automatically Paid by Card/eCheck."
There are two options for automatic payment:
- Debit/Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa)
- eCheck (ABN/RTN number and Account number)
Grandfathered AutoPay customers who enrolled in bank draft autopay with an "Authorized Agreement for AutoPay" will continue to have AutoPay with the bank draft autopay system. Bank Draft AutoPay customers will not have access to enter new automatic payment information on the portal.
Grandfathered AutoPay customers will need to cancel their bank draft automatic payment method before switching to the new systems.
